Reflex Labs Return Policy
General Policy
At Reflex Labs, every component we ship is carefully tested and inspected before dispatch. Because we sell electronic components and mod parts, our return standards differ from typical consumer products.
Returns are accepted only for unused, uninstalled items that meet the conditions below.
Eligibility for Return
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

The item shows no signs of installation, soldering, or modification

You can provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Once a return is approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization.
Non-Returnable Items
For quality and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

Any installed or soldered components

Custom or made-to-order items

Electrical parts showing signs of power use

Items damaged due to improper handling, installation, or static discharge
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@reflexlabs.co with:

Order number
-
Clear photos or video of the issue

A brief description of what’s wrong
Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

A replacement shipment, or
-
A full refund if a replacement isn’t available
We cover the return shipping cost for verified defective or incorrect items.
Return Shipping
For all other approved returns (non-defective), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Items must be shipped with a trackable method. Refunds will be processed after inspection and may take up to 5 business days to reflect on your original payment method.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued for the product cost only, excluding original shipping fees.
If the item is returned damaged or used, a restocking or rejection notice will apply.
