Reflex Labs Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All Reflex Labs items are in stock and typically ship within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.

For bulk orders, items are made to order with an estimated lead time of 1–2 weeks depending on order size and component availability.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.


Shipping Methods

We currently ship using the following carriers:

  • USPS – For standard U.S. domestic shipments

  • DHL Express – For international and expedited deliveries


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination and chosen courier.

  • Free Shipping is included for all bulk orders.

  • Standard rates apply for regular retail orders.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • U.S. Orders: No duties or taxes apply.

  • European and Other International Orders: Customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Reflex Labs generally declares parcels as gifts and assigns a low declared value (typically under $30) to help minimize duties and taxes.
For countries with stricter import policies, we still declare at a low rate to reduce potential fees whenever possible.


Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us at support@reflexlabs.co as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations can no longer be processed.


Delivery Timeframes

United States 2–5 business days after dispatch
International 5–10 business days after dispatch (via DHL Express)

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on courier performance and local customs processing.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@reflexlabs.co with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
